In-Stock Items

All items listed as in stock are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

For most U.S. orders within the contiguous United States, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of our store.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Due to higher carrier costs and longer transit times, shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard domestic shipping and can vary depending on carrier availability and destination.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

Please be aware:

  • International delivery times vary by country and can range from 7–21 business days after shipment.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays that are outside of our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not the responsibility of our store.
